Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All our products are covered by a 12 Month Warranty. Just email us at hello@thepawpoppy.com if anything goes wrong.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Are your car seats safe for travel?
Our car seats secure with the vehicle's own seatbelt and include an internal safety tether that clips to your pet's harness. Always attach the tether to a harness, never to a collar.
How do the automatic feeders and water fountains work?
Feeders let you set portion size and feeding times, and keep working during a power cut thanks to battery backup. Fountains circulate and filter water continuously to encourage drinking. Both are dishwasher-safe where marked.
How do I clean and care for my products?
Most covers, bowls, and liners are removable and machine or dishwasher safe. Care instructions are on every product page and included in the box.
